Creative Sounds Society Inc
Creative Sounds Society (CSSI) has been supporting local and original music in Palmerston North for over 30 years. Our success is due to our non-for-profit status, strong community focus, DIY ethos and longstanding partnership with the Palmerston North City Council. Over these years CSSI has grown to over 300 members, purpose-built our facilities, and established an extensive collection of audio equipment and instruments. Membership is free and open to anyone who uses The Stomach or any of CSSI’s services.
CSSI’s board, the ‘Management Committee’, oversees the governance of our organisation. Our full-time staff manage all day to day operations. Each year CSSI holds an annual general meeting which is an opportunity for all members to contribute to the success of our organisation and our home, The Stomach.
